The Merchant Portal is available only to approved merchants.

Merchant Portal access is provided exclusively following:
successful merchant onboarding;
completion of all required compliance and due diligence checks;
execution of a Gateway Service Agreement.

Merchant Portal accounts are created and issued solely by Paypay89.

Access to the Merchant Portal does not itself create a contractual relationship or entitlement to receive payment services beyond the terms of the applicable Gateway Service Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Merchant Eligibility

Submission of an enquiry or merchant application through this Website does not guarantee approval.

Access to Paypay89's payment services is subject to our internal assessment, including (where applicable):

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification;
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks;
Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements;
sanctions screening;
business risk assessment;
execution of a Gateway Service Agreement.

Paypay89 reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion.
